Sakha is the conversational layer over the CRM. It helps people find records, prepare work, and understand what is happening without becoming a second source of authority outside the workspace.
Ask, prepare, review
- Ask for read-only context when you need to understand the workspace.
- Prepare a change when you want the system to assemble the next action.
- Review before an external or irreversible action is allowed.
- Use history to understand the prior request and result.
What to include in a good request
Name the record, time window, and desired outcome. If the request could affect a customer, mention the exact channel or workflow. Precise prompts produce smaller, safer work.
Administration and workers
AI governance and operations pages are for people who own system behavior, access, and reliability. Worker builders are for configured agents and their bounded tasks. Availability and actions are role-controlled.
Keep a human in the loop
AI can reduce the search and preparation work. It should not silently send, mutate, or override workspace permissions.
