The product has public policy pages and protected operational controls. Use the public pages for the contract and the workspace pages for the action a company administrator needs to take.

Use the policy pages as the contract

Privacy, terms, data processing, cookies, subprocessors, and security pages explain the external commitment. They are public so a buyer, customer, or reviewer can read them without a workspace account.

Use the workspace for operations

Data requests and compliance settings are protected surfaces. Access depends on the role and the organization’s policy. Keep evidence and approvals attached to the exact request.

  1. Confirm the requester, company, role, and exact policy or data request.
  2. Use the protected compliance or data-request surface for the action.
  3. Keep the approval, result, and required retention evidence with the request.
  4. Verify that the action affected only the intended workspace and records.

When in doubt

Do not export, anonymize, or replay customer data as a troubleshooting shortcut. Use the approved workspace flow and keep the reason visible.
