Use the public pricing page for the current plan presentation. Use the approved support or data-request path for customer-specific changes. This guide does not promise an unverified self-service billing function.
Before a change
- Review the current public plan and the customer agreement.
- Confirm the authorised billing contact and company admin.
- List the users, providers, active work, exports, retention needs, and requested effective date.
- Ask support to confirm customer-specific price, tax, invoice, renewal, or cancellation terms.
Change or close the account
- Move ownership for open customers, deals, tasks, campaigns, and automation.
- Export approved data before access or connections are removed.
- Pause provider work and deactivate API clients.
- Submit the approved change through support or the data-request path.
- Keep the confirmation and effective date with the customer account record.
Verify the result
- Confirm the current access, plan, active connections, and billing contact.
- Confirm the export and retention decision for a closed account.
- Do not treat a support request as a completed account change until Sakhaa confirms it.
