Sync supported Microsoft calendar work with the correct owner and time zone. This guide uses the current supported Sakhaa setup surface and keeps provider-owned approval and availability separate.
Prepare the connection
Calendar visibility and event changes follow the granted provider scopes.
- Use the Microsoft account that owns the intended calendar.
- Confirm calendar access and the Sakhaa workspace time zone.
- Create one non-sensitive test event and verify its owner, date, and time.
Connect and prove health
- Open /app/settings?section=calendar in the correct workspace.
- Save the oauth consent only in the protected setup surface.
- Connect the calendar and verify one non-sensitive test event.
- Confirm this healthy result: The test event appears with the expected owner and time zone.
Use synthetic data and an approved test identity. Do not use customer traffic only to prove a connection.
Monitor and recover
- Monitor: Review connection state, last sync, event ownership, and time zone.
- Recover: Reconnect expired consent and verify time-zone settings before resync.
- Rotate: Reconnect through OAuth when the provider revokes or changes consent.
- Disconnect: Disconnect sync and confirm how existing linked events will be handled.
- Limits: Calendar visibility and event changes follow the granted provider scopes.
- Fallback: Keep scheduling in the provider calendar and record the event owner while sync is paused.
Support boundary
Sakhaa supports the CRM configuration and product behavior. The provider controls account approval, billing, quotas, and external service availability.
- Record the provider, workspace, approximate time, safe error code, expected result, and actual result.
- Do not include passwords, access tokens, API secrets, message content, or unnecessary customer data.
